Call or log into your insurance and start the claim.  You will need the date and time of the hail storm as well as where you were when the hail damage happened.  Tell them you chose Eco Auto Body to do your repair.  

After you call your insurance and get your claim number for the hail, give us a call and we will get you on the schedule. 

Note: If you are with Progressive, Geico or USAA they might be able to send someone out to do the initial assessment.  Go ahead and let them get through that first step. 

If you need a rental this will be the easiest way to get that initiated.  You will need to let them do the first estimate.

Don't worry;  when the vehicle makes it to our shop, we will clean it up, and go through it with a fine tooth comb.  We will find every single little blemish that was caused by the hail storm and debris.  Then we will submit a supplement and wait a couple of days for a more experienced adjuster to come out for the proper approval.  

Once the vehicle comes in we will clean it up and do a thorough inspection.  We look for everything and any damage that was potentially caused by the storm and debris.  

If you have an original estimate we will be submitting a supplement that usually takes 2-3 days to get an approval. 

If you don't have an original estimate from your insurance company, we submit a very thorough estimate that takes 2-3 days to get approved. 

Once we have the proper approval from your insurance company we get repairs started that same day.  We then order any parts your vehicle might need and we compose our repair plan for your vehicle and get to work.  

It takes us about 3-4 days to repair average hail damage but more severe hail damage can take us around 7 business days.  

Assuming there are no delays for parts, we strive to have your vehicle back in no more than 7-10 business days from date of drop to the completion of your hail repair process.
